Apex Olira sells digital goods only. Nothing we sell is a physical product, and nothing is ever posted, couriered or shipped. There are no delivery charges, no shipping addresses, and no delivery timelines in the ordinary sense.
This page exists because payment processors and Indian consumer regulations expect a delivery policy on any site that takes money, including one that delivers instantly over the internet.

There is no subscription tier. Every paid item is bought once and delivered once, though it can be re-downloaded for free at any time afterwards — see Where it is delivered below.
When it is delivered
Free packs download the moment you click. There is nothing to wait for.
A pack you buy unlocks as soon as your bank or UPI app confirms the payment — in practice a few seconds. Unlocking is driven by a confirmation sent directly from our payment processor to our servers, not by your browser, so it completes even if you close the tab or lose connection mid-payment.
If confirmation is delayed at the bank’s end, unlocking can take up to 30 minutes. If it has been longer than that and the pack you paid for still is not downloadable, email o.art@lmvctec.in with the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt and we will resolve it manually.
Where it is delivered
To the account you signed in with. A purchase is attached to your Apex Olira account, not to a device — sign in on your iPad, your Mac and your Android tablet and every pack you have bought is available on all three, at no extra cost.
Downloaded files land in your device’s normal Downloads location. You then import them from inside the app; there is no automatic install step, by design.
Regions
Paid packs are sold in Indian rupees and billed through Razorpay. Payment methods available to you depend on your bank and your location. Free packs are downloadable from anywhere.
If something does not arrive
Contact o.art@lmvctec.in. Include your account email and, for a payment issue, the reference from your Razorpay receipt.
We answer within two working days. If a file is genuinely undeliverable and we cannot fix it, see Cancellation and Refunds — a failure on our side is refundable.
