Every Apex Olira brush pack and palette is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing that renews without you asking it to — which means there is nothing to cancel. This page sets out what buying a pack actually gets you, and the circumstances in which we refund one.
We have tried to write it the way we would want to read it. If anything here is ambiguous, treat the reading that favours you as correct and email us.
There is no subscription
If you are looking for how to cancel a plan or stop a recurring payment: you do not have one. Every purchase on this site is a single transaction for a single pack or palette. Nothing is billed again afterwards, on any schedule, for any reason.
If you ever see a charge from us you do not recognise, that is not a renewal — see Refunds below, and treat it as an unauthorised charge.
What buying a pack gets you
You own it, permanently. A purchase does not expire, is not tied to a billing period, and cannot lapse. The pack is attached to your account the moment payment is confirmed, and it stays there.
- The file is yours. Once downloaded, a brush pack or palette is a file on your device. It keeps working, keeps importing, and does not phone home or expire.
- Re-downloads are free, always. Sign in on another device and re-download anything you have already bought — that never costs anything again.
- The commercial licence never lapses. Artwork you make with a pack you bought stays licensed permanently, including work made years later, on a device you have not signed into yet.
- Free packs stay available, as they always are, with or without an account.
Refunds
Within 7 days of paying for a pack, we refund it in full on request, no reason required. Bought it, tried it, it is not for you — email us inside that window and the money goes back.
Beyond 7 days we do not refund a purchase simply because it went unused, for the same reason a shop does not refund a tool you decided not to use. But we will always refund in these cases, whenever they happen:
- A duplicate or accidental charge — billed twice for the same pack, or billed for a pack you already own.
- A failure on our side — a pack was paid for but never unlocked, or its download was broken or unavailable and we could not fix it.
- An unauthorised charge — someone used your payment method without permission. Report it and we will refund and help you secure the account.
If your circumstances are genuinely unusual, write to us anyway — we would rather hear the case than apply a rule badly.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. We initiate them within 2 working days of agreeing to one.
Once initiated, the money reaches you in 5 to 7 working days for cards and netbanking, and usually 1 to 3 working days for UPI. That final leg is your bank’s timeline, not ours — we cannot make it faster, but we can give you the Razorpay refund reference so you can chase it if it stalls.
A refund removes the pack from your account. If you want to buy it again later at the current price, you are welcome to.
Price changes
Pack and palette prices can change at any time — each is priced individually, and a price you see today is the price for buying today. A price change never affects a pack you have already bought. Nothing you own is re-billed, re-priced, or put behind a new paywall retroactively.
If a payment fails
If a payment does not go through — a declined card, an insufficient balance, a cancelled checkout — nothing is charged and nothing is owed. Nothing is held or retried without your action; you are simply welcome to try again whenever you like.
