Every Pro pack and palette is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription anywhere on this site, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews without you asking it to.
What you buy stays yours. Brush packs and palettes are files on your device. They keep working, they keep importing, and they do not phone home or expire. Sign in on another device and re-download anything you already own — that re-download is free.
If a pack you paid for fails to download or does not work, it is refunded in full — the details are on the cancellation and refunds page.
